Marianne Williamson Again Bewilders America On Debate Stage
Marianne Williamson, the enigmatic author-turned-politician had a breakout performance at the first Democratic Presidential Debate in Miami, which was the first time most of the country was introduced to her incredible mind palace. She spoke like Katherine Hepburn on a rampage and challenged Trump to a battle of love vs. fear on the astral plane (or something). Her second debate proved equally as entertaining, as she took her more conservative Democratic competitors to task on policy, championed reparations, and disparaged "wonkiness" in the face of the "dark psychic force" Trump has unleashed on the country. She was, at least on an entertainment level, the star of the second debate, even if many don't take her seriously as a candidate. Her oddness yet again attracted memes and commentary from onlookers. Here are some of the best tweets from a night of Marianne-mania.

GILF
Marianne Williamson is the mom who’s cool with you having parties as long as she can corner one of your friends and tell them about the ghost she dated for a summer.

Dumb Book
The most upsetting part of seeing Marianne Williamson on the debate stage is that it means The Secret works

A Fair Compromise
I’m not sure Marianne Williamson should be President but I definitely want her to live in the White House and STARE at whoever is President.

It's worth noting that Marianne has written some eye-raising stances on medicine and mental health, and has allegedly told gay men they could cure HIV through the power of love, so that's something to consider.

She may lean too much into New Age, and of course she won't pass to the next debate. However, I think she may be a good Senator, also she's a hot GILF, DAMN!

Low key hoping she is the next meme president.

The Christian in me is saying that her reference to "Dark Psychic Forces" are a red flag that she'll lead some sort of cult in the future.
The secular or rational in me realizes that she might be crazy, and agrees with the little reformer in me that she's not worth it. Oh she might change stuff, but I might not like those changes.
The part of me that wants to burn things down just for the pure fun, with a bit of sadism, wants to see her win.Revic
At first, my reaction to the reaction to her saying "dark psychic force" was an eye-roll. Come on, "psychic" can just mean mental/psychological, not necessarily relating to brain-magic.
Now… I'm less sure of my initial stance.
