Ikumi Nakamura Leaves Ghostwire: Tokyo
Ikumi Nakamura, E3 2019's brightest star, is leaving Tango Gameworks and her Bethesda project for unknown pastures. The former Ghostwire: Tokyo director somehow managed to arguably outshine Keanu Reeves at this year's Electronic Entertainment Expo with her charming presentation that launched a thousand crushes (not to mention tons of fan art). On Wednesday, she announced in a tweet that she was leaving her position of Creative Art Director at Tango Studios.
As of right now it's unclear where Nakamura is headed next, as well as the state of Ghostwire: Tokyo. Bethesda told Polygon, “We can confirm that Nakamura-san has decided to leave Tango and we wish her the best of luck in whatever is next for her. Tango continues to be led by the legendary Shinji Mikami and his talented team in the development of GhostWire: Tokyo. We look forward to sharing more on what they’re creating in the coming months.”
For now, let us remember the glory of Nakamura's brief but highly-memorable (and meme-able) presentation:

Well I'm sure there's plenty of Studios looking for some talent.

Bethesda.
Bethesda never changes.
In all seriousness, this fucking pisses me off because we all know Zenimax was trying to interfere with the creative process. How else would someone so excitable leave their company after almost a decade? Fucking disgusting.

Wait… its not even 3 months after she announced the game at E3.

Did they? or did she really just leave?
Because it says she left.

I imagine two scenarios and they both end with Bethesda being greedy shits.

Yeah very likely Bethesda/Zenimax wanted to make the game head into a direction she didn't agree with so she left.
