However, this month, the discourse surrounding his plastic surgery has become louder, mostly due to one video showing a 51-year-old male patient whose wrinkles have been erased. Screenshots of him have spread to Twitter / X where more reactions and memes are surfacing.

Although it's unconfirmed, Dr. Kim is most likely Dr. Ji-Hoon Kim, a South Korean plastic surgeon at the Ewha Womans University Seoul Hospital in Seoul, South Korea. He has a profile on the doctor database Cloud Hospital and his profile picture there aligns with his 2023 profile picture on TikTok.

Plus, in his original TikTok videos posted in mid-2023, a watermark is visible, layered overtop. It reads in all caps, "KIM JIHOON."

What Procedures Does Dr. Kim Perform?

Dr. Kim performs mostly face-related procedures like facelifts and eyelid procedures like epicanthoplasty and blepharoplasty which both aim to remove extra skin and bags around a patient's eyes.
