Where Does "Husbant, We Are Homeress" Meme Come From?
The first "Husbant, We Are Homeress" meme was shared by an anonymous 4chan user on October 26th, 2020, who posted a photograph of Japanese singer Mogusa Shirosa to /v/ board and paired it with a monologue in which she complains about her husband spending too much money on video games. The monologue is written in Engrish, which is a parody of the inaccurate use of the English language by Japanese natives.
The meme did not see further spread for almost two years. On June 11th, 2022, a 4chan user (likely the original poster) made the same post on the /v/ board, but this time it went viral.
The meme format achieved virality after June 16th, when Twitter user @JackdawJackal posted a version of the meme about Bitcoin that went viral on Twitter and was reposted to other sites. From there on, the format in which the woman tells her "husbant" off for spending too much money and time on various hobby really took off, particularly on Twitter and Facebook.
Who Is Mogusa Shirose?
Mogusa Shirose is a Japanese native who became popular on 4chan in 2018 as users discovered her social media profiles and shared her photographs simply due to finding her cute. Before the Husbant We Are Homeress meme went viral, photographs from Mogusa Shirose's social media profiles were posted on various 4chan boards, as well as on Tumblr, Twitter and other social media websites.
Mogusa Shirose is an independent singer who previously posted her songs and music videos on SoundCloud and YouTube. She posted her first song to SoundCloud in March 2013.

While the phrase "dies from hypothermia" has been used as a part of the Husbant We Are Homeress meme format, it's only a joke made up for memes. Shirose is currently alive.
