Kanye West's former Chief of Staff Milo Yiannopoulos has come forward with some serious allegations about Ye's mental health, alleging that his dentist Thomas Connelly has been enabling Ye's nitrous gas addiction to the rapper's detriment.

Yiannopoulos's claims don't stop there; he goes on to describe how Connelly's actions not only led to Ye possibly having brain damage from laughing gas abuse, but also that Ye's team has been slowly pilfering his wealth and personal archives to enrich themselves.

Here's a recap of all the allegations placed against Kanye West's "evil dentist" and how the rapper's fans have started the #SaveYe movement to get him away from the people supposedly taking advantage of him.

Who Is "Celebrity Dentist" Thomas Connelly?

Thomas Connelly is a Beverly Hills and NYC-based dentist who calls himself the "Father of Diamond Dentistry." The dentist enjoys a host of celebrity clients including Post Malone and DaBaby. The tattooed and jacked dentist began his career in New York, where he also worked as a health columnist for the Huffington Post, before he added a cadre of celebrity clients to his appointment books.

In January 2024, Connelly and Ye unveiled the rapper's new custom dental prosthetics; permanent titanium grillz that cost the rapper upwards of $850,000 to make and install. When news about Ye's new grillz first broke, Connelly had to clarify that Ye's teeth were not removed to install the titanium piece. However, it did acquiesce to the fact that they were "permanent."

Why Did Milo Yiannopoulos Accuse Thomas Connelly Of Getting Kanye West Addicted To Nitrous Oxide?

In early August 2024, Ye's former Chief of Staff Milo Yiannopoulos made a series of posts alleging that Kanye's dentist Dr. Thomas Connelly had been supplying the rapper with nitrous oxide or "laughing gas" to the point where the artist suffered massive brain damage.

Yiannopoulos also alleged that as a result of Ye's depleted mental state, his team has been systemically stealing millions of dollars and plundering his archives for personal gain. Yiannopoulos also pointed to Eric Cui, Ye's new Chief of Staff, calling him an enabler of Ye's addiction.

How Did Kanye's Team And Thomas Connelly Respond To Yiannopoulos's Allegations?

The X account @Kurrco reported on Yiannopoulos's tweets, including his accusations that Ye's personal archives had been "plundered." Later, @Kurrco posted an Instagram story from Eric Cui in which he denies all allegations of "enabling" Ye's nitrous oxide use.

Meanwhile, Connelly reached out to TMZ to call Yiannopoulos's allegations "not only factually incorrect but also intentionally misleading."

How Did Internet Users React To Yiannopoulos's Claims That Kanye's Dentist Got Him 'Hooked' On Nitrous Gas?

Many internet users were quick to take anything Yiannopoulos says with a healthy dose of skepticism, but further investigation into Ye's dentist convinced people that Milo's claims may have some truth to them. According to X user @WireRacing, "Nothing could have prepared me for the Instagram account of Ye’s evil dentist."

Other internet users expressed incredulity about Yiannopoulos's claims, including Xuser @IwriteOK, who wrote on August 7th that nitrous oxide is readily and legally available in the U.S. and that Ye doesn't need a dentist to access it.

How Did Kanye West's Fans React To Yiannopoulos's Claims?

Many of Ye's fans took to /r/GoodAssSub to express their concern for Kanye West, with one Redditor sharing an infographic with the hashtag #SaveYe, summarizing Yiannopoulos's allegations about Kanye's "evil celebrity dentist."
