The file contained the folders "Evidence Markers, Inside House- Property and Body and Bed," showing gore pictures of Dee Dee's body and the state of the house found by the police after Gypsy Rose and her then-boyfriend, Nicholas Godejohn, stabbed Dee Dee 17 times in the back while she was asleep.
Who Leaked Gypsy Rose Crime Scene Photos?
A few hours after the crime scene pictures went viral, TikToker April Johns, also known as Fancy Macelli, claimed ownership of the Google Drive link. She uploaded a video on TikTok explaining that the photos were not a "leak," as some people alleged and that they have actually been available to the public since nine years ago.
The content creator was then sued by Gypsy-Rose Blanchard and her family in early June 2024, alleging Fancy Macelli defamed Blanchard after their former partnership fizzled.
