Tim Robinson's Netflix sketch comedy show I Think You Should Leave has become a meme machine this year, inspiring numerous viral memes like "We're all trying to find the guy who did this," 55 burgers, "Are you sure about that?" and more.

Now, a sketch called The Driving Crooner has garnered attention across social media. Here's why.

What Is 'The Driving Crooner' Sketch?

In the premiere episode of I Think You Should Leave's third season, there's a sketch known as "The Driving Crooner." In the sketch, Tim Robinson plays a driver who has decals on his driver's side window of a top hat and a cigar. When people drive directly beside Robinson, it looks like, with the help of some absurd facial movements, he's wearing the hat and smoking the cigar.

In the sketch, Robinson, nicknamed "The Driving Crooner" because of the decals, repeatedly gets angry as cars pass by him, which he takes as them trying to make his hat and cigar look fake. As the sketch progresses, it becomes more apparent that Robinson's entire life is dedicated to the decals, which he hopes he can capitalize on.

How Is 'The Driving Crooner' Used In Memes?

Following the season premiere on May 30th, memes about "The Driving Crooner" took off on social media as people fell in love with the sketch. Some of the most popular memes play with the idea of being a Driving Crooner, such as a meme imagining Twin Peaks' Dale Cooper traveling to the titular town as the Crooner.

Lots of people clearly enjoy the idea of being a driving crooner, leading to memes where people imagine themselves becoming the Crooner, memes where Robinson tries to sell the idea to make money and memes simply highlighting the absurdity of the idea.
