Occupational Cares Diversity Affairs, also known as "OCDA," is a complaints company started by comedian Calimar White (@calimar_whit3) whose TikTok videos are going viral. White keeps telling the bosses and managers he's sent to cuss out, "This is a real company."

Don't believe him? Apparently, his operation is legally sound, at least, according to the unnamed lawyers who gave him the green light on it. No matter, his videos are truly funny, and now that people on Twitter / X are seeing them via viral reposts, the masses are curious about OCDA's promise and wondering if their boss would qualify for retaliation.

Still confused about what OCDA is, who Calimar White is, and why he started this project? Let's explain.

What Is OCDA?

OCDA stands for Occupational Cares Diversity Affairs. People can submit complaints about their bosses or managers to its website, ocdaofficial.com. Then, an OCDA agent will show up at your workplace and read your complaints to your boss unfiltered.

The company also outlined its mission statement on its home page, writing, "We are dedicated to helping individuals address complaints about their managers or employers and finding solutions to improve workplace experiences."

OCDA also has the legal right to share videos of their confrontations on TikTok and Instagram. These videos have proven to be viral fodder with some of them reaching close to 10 million views.

Who Is Calimar White?

Calimar White is the founder and CEO of OCDA. He's also known as Agent Ratliff — that's his persona when he confronts employers.

White is a stand-up comedian first and foremost. It appears that he's based in Dallas, Texas (because OCDA's number has a 469 area code) but that's unconfirmed. He's previously performed at Los Angeles' famous comedy club the Laugh Factory. More recently, White's been doing OCDA-themed comedy shows in which he's Agent Ratliff up on stage.

You can follow Calimar White on his TikTok account, @calimar_whit3, or on his Instagram account, @calimar_white.

Why Was OCDA Created?

It's apparent across White's OCDA videos that he has a disdain for bosses and supervisors who use their power to take advantage of their employees. He seems to especially have a problem with low-level managers at chain locations who act like they're the CEO of the larger company.

He wants to make it clear to these higher-ups that they're not so high up. They're equal to their employees. Therefore, they should treat them with respect.

White's dogma also extends to human resources (HR) departments. In one video, he's speaking with a supervisor who tells him that her workplace already has a "speak up policy" for complaints. White retorts, "Exactly, but it goes unnoticed."

On another note, many of the complaints that Agent Ratliff addresses concern racist employers. Per his belief that complaints within internal workplace systems go unnoticed, accusing a supervisor of bigotry or racial prejudice would undoubtedly fall on flat ears. In turn, White wants to elevate these complaints and make sure they're heard.

How To Submit An OCDA Complaint

To submit a complaint about your boss or supervisor, head to OCDA's homepage at ocdaofficial.com. At the bottom, you'll see a form to fill out. It asks for your number, your manager's name, your company's name, your company's address, your manager's schedule, your manager's number and finally, your complaint.

Your complaint will then be vetted by an OCDA agent and, as long as you're not trolling, your complaint should be elevated and your manager will be confronted in real life.
