What Did KonekoKitten Do? The 'Roblox' YouTuber's Allegations Explained

The Roblox community is reacting with shock after one of its biggest creators, KonekoKitten, deleted their channel with over a million subscribers following a series of troubling allegations. The allegations stem from a document posted by KonekoKitten back in 2021 against another creator, Narpy, with the narrative now changing after further information was put forward by Narpy. Here's what you need to know.

Who Is KonekoKitten and Who Is Narpy?

Before deleting his channel, KonekoKitten was a prominent Roblox content creator. He gained a substantial following between 2016 and 2023 for his gameplay and commentary videos. In some of his most popular videos, he played the Roblox Experiences Arsenal and Doomspire Brickbattle.

Aside from being a Roblox player, KonekoKitten was also once a furry, along with fellow YouTuber Narpy. Narpy is a content creator with over 600,000 subscribers who focuses on more sporadic content, including Minecraft videos and meme edits. The two entered an online relationship in 2019, when KonekoKitten was 20 and Narpy was 17.

What Did KonekoKitten Do?

Back in 2021, KonekoKitten posted a 50-page-plus Google Doc alleging that Narpy was manipulative towards them. In the doc, he alleges that Narpy used threats of self-harm to keep him in an overtly sexual e-relationship with him, despite claiming to feel uncomfortable with the relationship overall. He also alleges that several others had similar experiences with Narpy.

These accusations harmed Narpy's reputation and his online growth, also allegedly inspiring lots of harassment towards him, with some accusing Narpy of being a predator, with KonekoKitten claiming that Narpy used to manipulate both adults and minors into sexual relationships with manipulation tactics.

In October 2023, KonekoKitten backpedaled on parts of the document. He posted a follow-up statement to X where he clarified that Narpy is not a predator and apologized for the damage the document did to him. He holds onto the claim that his relationship with Narpy was abusive, but admits that he should have taken more accountability for his side of the issues and that parts of the document were taken out of context.

Narpy responded to this with a video titled "My Side of Everything," where he claims that KonekoKitten was wrong for making their relationship seem so "one-sided" when they were both mutually engaging in inappropriate messaging for a longer span of time than KonekoKitten claimed. He also says that KonekoKitten lied in saying that he never solicited Narpy for lewd pictures, claiming he did.

Narpy accuses KonekoKitten of deleting messages from their Discord chat logs to paint a picture that supports his narrative and even shares a DM where KonekoKitten admits to this. He also claims that KonekoKitten was in another relationship with another creator when she was only 17, but does not know if the relationship was only platonic or not.

KonekoKitten posted several videos in response to this attempting to both take accountability and "correct the record" where he saw fit, chocking a lot of it up to him being "a degenerate" at the time of the relationship. But, by the time the videos were posted, most people invested in the situation had already turned on KonekoKitten. They began accusing him of being a predator for engaging in the relationship with Narpy for so long while knowing he was 17 when KonekoKitten was 20.
