In a world full of "fake news," it's not rare at all to find a post on social media that is either wrong or downright ridiculous. Online, we all tend to lie a little, whether it's unintentional or we simply want to seem cooler. But since many of us are conditioned to doubt the things we see online, we can catch these lies on occasion, and sometimes the lies are much more obvious than the original posters think they are. Luckily, users on the subreddit /r/quityourb******* have screenshot receipts of these posts and the replies that have corrected them.

Now, we can finally embarrass the people who tried to get away with obvious lies while laughing at the contradictions people have come up with, which are surprisingly smart at times. Below is a collection of some of our absolute favorite call-outs found on Twitter, Airbnb, Yelp, and Facebook. Let these 15 posts serve as a warning to never lie (at least not a lot) online.
