You'd think that classical art and memes would be a weird combination. Maybe in theory, but in execution, these two things actually blend together rather seamlessly. It might not be the best way to treat these famous works of art, but it's certainly a fun way to desecrate them. Your art history teacher might be really upset about these, but we're not. We don't feel bad, even if we should.

Hopefully, there's no dead artist rolling over in their grave because of these memes, but if there was, we probably wouldn't regret it, because they're pretty funny. After all, times change, and if it weren't for memes, we'd never know these paintings existed in the first place, because they're not the sort of thing we grew up staring at online for hours a day.
