Yesterday, the President texted the entire country as part of a test of a presidential alert system built by the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA). And when the entire country experiences something, there is only one thing to do: meme. At 2:18 P.M. EST yesterday, seemingly every tweet on the timeline was of somebody attempting to go viral with the best joke about Trump's text. Frankly, most of the jokes were awful.
