Please Don't Use The 'McLovin' Fake ID You Bought Off Amazon

In case you're in the market for a fake ID, feel free to hit up Amazon who is currently selling the infamous driver's license of beloved movie character Fogel (McLovin) from Superbad for a whopping $6.97. However, you might want to think twice if you plan on using it to get into any Iowa City bar.

Last week, 20-year-old University of Iowa student Daniel Alfredo Burleson was arrested for underage drinking, public intoxication, and for owning a fake ID. However, it would appear that none of the Iowa City police officers had actually seen the 2007 comedy film because they decided to run a search on the 100% fake Hawaiian ID. After the story made it to Twitter, it caught the attention of Seth Rogen who co-write the film. Below are some of the funniest reactions to the arrest and Seth Rogen's tweet.

Others wanted to know if Seth Rogen was going to step up and pay the student's bail.

Some genuinely couldn't believe he was arrested for using the ID.

And yet the strangest part of this story was how many people actually have the McLovin ID and have used it successfully.

While Rogen may have failed to pay Burleson's bail, he should at least send some DVD's of Superbad to the cops in Iowa City.
