There's something special about Bugs Bunny that always has him be featured in a new meme format. Throughout his almost century-long career, he has been in so much media that it's guaranteed there'd be something useful for memes, but the sheer amount of formats featuring him as a prominent figure is staggering. This latest example, I Wish All isn't even something that comes from his original catalogue of animation. Instead, it's fan art that was adapted to be used for this type of meme.

This meme format is primarily used in reference to something else. It assumes a trait about the reader, or sometimes imposes one on them, and then delivers a punchline to either complement or contrast the previous statement. While it is supposed to be read in a formal way, the meme also works as a form of bait-and-switch media or contrasting the dialogue against the formal attire worn by Bugs. Some formats of the meme have appeared that also use a different character instead of Bugs while keeping the text setup the same as usual.
