Many people pretend to be smart online, which can be a blessing and a curse. On the one hand, if you're smart enough, you can see through all the cracks in the hilariously silly things that they say, but on the other, we have a bunch of people spreading their stupidity online, and there's plenty of it to go around.

Reddit's /r/iamverysmart is the perfect place for this type of content. It contains a depository of various forms of individuals posting their own "hot-takes" all over Reddit, Facebook and Twitter (or X, actually). Most of the time, it's usually someone who has a really big high horse that they can't get off of, and looks for any way to flex their "intelligence" online. These types of people are the worst that you can come across. They're usually very snarky and with a massive ego, they really are the bane of the online world. Here are just a few of them.
