It's truly impossible to predict the future, especially in a year as weird as this one. The world's in a weird place, and the only thing that makes things more difficult to process is the fact that everyone was predicting the nightmares would be over in January. Then February. Then March. Then…never, apparently. So while we know no one can accurately say what the future holds, it's really awkward to look at some of the things we posted back at the beginning of the year and reflect on the things we got wrong.
Apparently, lots of people got things wrong lately, and it's honestly pretty embarrassing; even though none of us can look into the future with a crystal ball, we were still so, so wrong.
