It isn't easy these days to find a job. It is almost impossible to find a job that fits all of your needs as well, sometimes it's the pay that's off, sometimes it's the environment, sometimes it's the people. Regardless, it is just hard to find a job. That being said it seems like everyone is short-staffed these days. So it doesn't really make a whole lot of sense as to why it is so hard to fill those positions. All in all it is just a frustrating experience for everyone.
