When I was 13 I went to a trip to Israel where I had the fun experience of swimming in the Dead Sea. The Dead Sea is so salty that it's almost impossible to sink in it, and the water texture feels more like oil or liquid butter. Some kid splashed the water in my eyes and ever since then my vision has deteriorated.
